Gray’s Run
South: From Williamsport take 180 West to 15 North.
15 North approx. 13 miles to Trout Run exit (Route 14)
Route 14 (straight off exit)
Go approx. 3.3 miles to Lower Grays Run Road ( left turn past Paradise Truss Co.)
Travel 2.2 miles to crossroads just over small bridge.
Turn LEFT onto South Grays Run Road (dirt road)
Drive straight .2 miles ignoring the STOP DEAD sign
Turn left on to grass road and bear left several yards to camp area.
STRIKE signs will be posted at Lower Grays Run Road, South Grays Run Road and the camp site turn.

Glacier Pools Preserve
From I-180, take exit 13 for PA-405 N to Hughesville.
Turn North onto PA-405 following the signs to Hughesville. Continue straight through Hughesville on PA-405/US-220 into the town of Picture Rocks. Turn left onto PA-864 and continue 3.2 miles and turn right onto Pine Tree Rd. Continue up the hill about 0.8 miles to the little parking lot on the right.

Jerseytown State Gamelands (Chuck’s)
The location is State Game Lands 226 near Chuck’s Archery.
You take 180 to 54 South to 44 East.
Go through Exchange and White Hall and take a left on on School House Road, which is a dirt road.
In about a half mile or so, you will come to an intersection, with a road coming in from the right, a road dropping steeply to the left and a road in front of you. Go straight.
In less than a half mile, when the road branches, stay left of the farm. Head for the signs that indicate State Game Lands and/or Chuck’s Archery.
The parking area is about a quarter mile down the road.

Lycoming County Fairgrounds
From I-180, take exit 13 for PA-405 N to Hughesville.
Turn North onto PA-405 following the signs to Hughesville. Go XX miles into Hughesville and turn right onto Broadway Street. Drive two blocks and turn right onto S. Third Street. Continue on S. Third Street and once inside the Fairgrounds, turn left and look for other vehicles where we are training on the left.
Milton State Park
Take 180/147 south to 642 West
Go through Milton and onto the bridge across the Susquehanna
Halfway across the bridge, take a right into Milton State Park.

Montour Preserve – Group Camp Area (PP&L)
Take I-180 East or West and take the Turbotville Exit, Rt. 54.
Follow Rt. 54 East for 4.6 miles.
Turn Left onto Rt. 44 South and go 1.8 miles.
Make a Left where the bright yellow house is on the right.
Go .9 miles and make a right into the parking lot.
Open the gate — drive through — then CLOSE THE GATE.
Drive to the open field.

Montour Preserve – Parking Area 3
Note: This is the hardest practice site to find. Roads in this area are often unmarked or worse, marked differently from the map to the road, from one end of the road to the other, and from one map to the next. Listen: PRINT OUT A MAP! Follow it as if you were in the woods and had to figure out a web of unmarked trails!
From Muncy: Take the Muncy-Exchange road southeast along the ridgetop (see North Mountain 20 miles to your north – we searched there in November 2000).
At Fairview Church bear left at the fork onto Fairview Road.
Follow this road downhill to the intersection with Walburn Road.
Turn left, look for parking area on the left.
From Route 54: Take Route 44 South (or East) through the little village of Exchange.
Go Left onto Fairview Road.
Look for parking area on the right.

Montoursville Park (near the Airport)
FROM WILLIAMSPORT: Proceed down the Golden Strip towards Montoursville.
Just after crossing the Montoursville bridge and before the Sunoco station, turn Right.
Proceed to the end of the road.
FROM MONTOURSVILLE: Proceed down Broad Street.
Just before the bridge and after the Sunoco station on the left, turn Left.
Proceed to the end of the road.

Mooresburg State Gamelands
From the North: – take Rt. 180 to Route 642 East
Take Rt. I-180/147 to the Milton Exit to Route 642 East
Turn Right at Bald Top Road in Mooresburg (if roads are poorly marked, its the first right in the small village of Mooresburg – choose the road that goes towards the ridgetop).
Turn Left at the top of the ridge
Turn right onto the dirt road at the State Game Lands sign.
From the South: – Take Route 11 North towards Danville.
Take a left onto Bald Top Road. If you drive past the American Legion (with the military gear on the lawn), you’ve gone too far.
Follow winding Bald Top Road to Left onto the dirt road at the State Game Lands sign.

Mountain Road, White Deer
From the North: – Take Rt. 15 South and get off at the Watsontown / White Deer exit
At S.S make a right and follow direction from White Deer Pike Rd.
From the South: – Take 15 North to the Watsontown / White Deer exit at stop sign and go left go to
Next stop sign make a left on White Deer Pike Rd.
Go 2.5 miles make a right onto Mountain Rd. go 1.7 miles to PARK.

Shikellamy Overlook State Park
Take 180/147 south to Right on Route 11 South in Northumberland.
Cross the bridge across the West Branch of the Susquehanna River.
Take a right at County Line Road, the first hard road on the right.
Follow the signs for Shikellamy State Park; climb hill to parking area at the top.

Spruce Run (Near West Milton)
Lower: Rt.15 South to West Milton exit at S.S make a left on to Rt. 642 West.
Go 4 miles cross a little bridge, turn right onto Sunrise Rd.
Go 3.1 miles, at S.S go straight You will still be on Sunrise Rd.
Go 1/10 mile you will see a sign on right Bald Eagle State Park. Pull off on the left.
Rt.15 North to West Milton exit at Red Light make a left follow the directions above.
Upper: Follow the directions to the “Lower” practice site above, but continue up the road about 400 yards.
Parking is on the left.

Trout Run Park
Go RT 15 North to the Trout Run exit
After exiting take the first “Right” turn (approximately 100 yards from the exit ramp)
Travel less than 20 feet and take the next “Right” turn.
Travel approximately 1 mile (past the trailer park on the left).
On the left is an elevated sign “Trout Run Park” turn left.
Bear right at the “Y”.
